 Irina Gladushchenko is an experienced VET Trainer, holistic counsellor, energy healer and creative workshop facilitator with more than a decade of experience supporting learning and personal growth.

She brings together wellbeing, mindfulness, creativity and playful exploration to create workshops and retreats that inspire people to pause, reconnect and see new possibilities - particularly during times of change and transition.

Irina’s approach is warm, light-hearted and inclusive, creating welcoming spaces where people can explore, experiment, express themselves and discover what inspires them.
